Feeding your body the right food is so important to me which is why I took this food intolerance test from @yorktestlabs. Their program is a simple finger prick blood test that you can do from home and it tells you your reactions to up to 208 food and drink ingredients! Luckily I didn't have any reactions just a mild flare up to coconut (which is in my diet a lot).

My morning always starts with a protein shake. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. So these vegan sachets are so handy for me as I can take them anywhere I go. I blend the protein powder with almond milk, Ice, 1 x frozen banana and a handful of blueberries..YUM!

Raw, Vegan and Organic goodnes that's grown in the hills of Jatiluwih. I highly recommend ordering a Buddha bowl its so tasty!

There are real benefits to drinking lemon water first thing in the morning. It can help flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body, wakes you up and makes you feel good!

Quinoa bowl

When you are on the go and run with a tight schedule, this cheeky breakfast only takes a few minutes to make and keeps you going! Pre boil your quinoa the night before.. wait to cool then simply add almond milk, kiwi, banana, goji, chia seeds and honey or anything you desire. I try to make a few to last through the week.

My win win night time drink. Turmeric contains loads of nutrients, especially antioxidants and also high in manganese and iron. To make: 2 cups of homemade almond milk 1 tablespoon local honey, optional 1 tablespoon coconut oil, optional 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon small pinch of black pepper and grated ginger (fresh is best)
