🥞 Recipe -
125g flour
1 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon Herbalife Nutrition F1 Banana Cream
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon honey
150ml of milk (I used coconut)
A little butter for the pan

The new store in Soho is a great people watching spot. |  Coffee and croissants in beautiful Rome watching the world go by.. |  Boys'N'Berry on the Fulham road is my number one.. the pancakes are irresistible! |  A fruit platter a day keeps the doctor away. |  This range of sunshine juices are sweet and summery with a ginger and citrus hit. The little shots of apple, lemon and ginger really wake you up first thing in the morning.. obsessed! |  100% raw and unpasteurised cold pressed juices that are worth a try! I did a three day cleanse and felt amazing afterwards. The Carrot, apple and ginger has to be my favourite- its also a great hangover cure. |  A new obsession of mine is this kelp powder from Seatox which is full of nutrients and has four x as much Iron in as broccoli. Its a supplement for every day radiance and wellbeing. Its amazing in smoothies, soups and I love it over my cereal. They also make a seaweed bath that makes your skin feel like silk as well as feeling like your in the ocean. |  New favourite place to go for dinner and drinks. Contemporary interior providing the perfect back drop for a relaxed vibe. |  Two things I can't live without. Bananas boost your mood and make smoothies great while coconuts are loaded with electrolytes. |  Acai bowls every time.. If you haven't tried these bowls of goodness then you MUST, C press do them best. |  Hand sourced from India, one of my favourite green teas for all day, and everyday enjoyment. We had dragon fruit smoothies, smashed avo, poached eggs and raw granola! Its a must if your passing by. |  Raw, Vegan and Organic goodnes that's grown in the hills of Jatiluwih. I highly recommend ordering a Buddha bowl its so tasty! |  The gel in Aloe Vera not only cools and soothes but heals scars and makes your skin glow.. an affordable beauty buy! |  There are real benefits to drinking lemon water first thing in the morning. It can help flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body, wakes you up and makes you feel good! |  When you are on the go and run with a tight schedule, this cheeky breakfast only takes a few minutes to make and keeps you going! Pre boil your quinoa the night before.. wait to cool then simply add almond milk, kiwi, banana, goji, chia seeds and honey or anything you desire. I try to make a few to last through the week. |  If you want health in a cocktail you must try out this new gem on the Fulham Road 'Boys N Berry'..Quinoa vodka, cold pressed cucumber & lemon juice,
Himalayan pink salt, spirulina and soda water.. sounds too good to be true and tastes amazing. |  That green stuff that makes you feel good! |  I got this book for christmas and can't wait to try out the recipes- they look amazing and quick to make for on the go. |  Coconuts are highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.
The milk makes a great base for smoothies, milkshakes and baking. |  Amazing food, amazing place, amazing service- I highly recommend the hot cakes! |  My win win night time drink. Turmeric contains loads of nutrients, especially antioxidants and also high in manganese and iron.
To make:
2 cups of homemade almond milk
1 tablespoon local honey, optional
1 tablespoon coconut oil, optional
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
